Tyler Roberts
Certificate in fermentation science from Central Michigan University
Tyler Roberts started brewing at Salt Springs Brewery, later spent two years with Tecumseh Brewing Company, and now leads our hole brewing and beverage programs. He holds a Certificate in Brewing Sciences from Central Michigan University. Tyler’s approach centers on precise fermentation, quality ingredients, and balance over gimmicks. From crisp lagers and bright pale ales to malt‑forward seasonals and limited releases, his lineup is designed to pair naturally with our locally sourced kitchen and shine in our stained‑glass setting. He’s especially excited to expand our lager program, bringing more finely tuned, drinkable lagers to the tap list.
